Refund policy


Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges. Once your package has been dispatched through a shipping carrier, we no longer deem ourselves responsible for the package.  

We ask that your inspect your package within 48 hours to confirm all ordered items and verify any possible defects. (Defects do not include damage to your packaging and are only subject to the product itself). If for any reason you receive a faulty product, please contact us. We ask that you kindly include a photo and/or video of the damaged product, along with a detailed description of what is wrong with the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, missing or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
